All orders are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Customers must inspect their order within 7 days of receiving the package.
Please ensure all items are correct and in good condition.
Claims will not be accepted for items that have been:
Worn
Used
Washed
Had tags removed
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
Estimated delivery time (for reference only):
West Malaysia: 3–5 business days
East Malaysia: 7–9 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Customers are responsible for tracking their own parcels.
If any delivery issues occur, please contact customer service immediately.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
UNDG OFFICIAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
5. Delivery Failures
UNDG OFFICIAL is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Uncollected parcels
Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

运输政策
1. 订单处理时间
订单将在 1–2 个工作日 内处理(不包括周末及公共假期)。
2. 运费与预计配送时间
运费将在结账时根据商品重量、尺寸及配送目的地自动计算。
预计配送时间(仅供参考):
西马:3–5 个工作日
东马:7–9 个工作日
国际:7–14 个工作日
实际配送时间可能因清关、天气或其他不可控因素而有所延误。
3. 订单追踪
订单处理完成后,系统将通过电邮发送追踪号码。
顾客需自行追踪包裹状态。
如发现物流异常,请立即联系我们的客服团队。
4. 关税与税费
国际订单所产生的任何关税、税费或附加费用,均由顾客自行承担。
因海关程序导致的任何延误,UNDG OFFICIAL 概不负责。
5. 配送失败责任
因以下原因导致的配送失败,UNDG OFFICIAL 不承担责任:

包裹无人领取
重新寄送所产生的费用将由顾客自行承担。
